Juicing Blending Souping

the 19 days Cleanse

Since I started on my wellness path, I've become a passionate lover of Juicing, Blending, and Souping. They are different yet equally important  to keep me energized, balanced, nourished and best of all, my skin has that natural healthy glow.

Skin quencher juice

  • 1 Beet Sliced
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Apple 
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 lemon juice squeezed
  • 1 lime juice  squeezed
  • put all through a juicer and drink immediately



Super green-licious smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 stalks organic celery 
  • 7 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 organic pear chopped
  • 1 organic banana
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Mix all in a blender enjoy




Revitalize your body with this super charge soup

  • 1 cup of fresh peas
  • 1 medium avocado halved, pitted, flesh scoop out
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of almond milk ( unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • pinch of suit
  • ½ tsp chili powder

Directions: In a blender or food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth.
To serve, drizzle with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.
