Eating well today will make your tomorrow feeling incredible

Are you an emotional eater?


You have had a lousy day an you're feeling like consuming a whole pint of ice cream. Below are some tips to kick you out of this emotional habit.

  • Stay away from trigger foods : Pasta, sweets,  fried foods and all that promote blood sugar imbalance. 
  • Keep calm: Meditation is a great energy booster or take a warm bath with lavender oil.
  • Be a mindful eater: Being present in the moment and creating awareness around hunger and appetite feelings help you better assess if you want to eat out of boredom are real hunger.
  • Do something that makes you feel good: Exercise is one of the best feel good activities, take a walk or ride a bike.
  • Say no to temptation:  keep stocks of healthy foods snacks. There are plenty of easy, tasty and healthy snack options.
  • Don't deprive yourself: Deprivation can actually increase your food cravings and appetite hormones. Enjoy the occasional treat.
  • Get enough sleep:  Studies prove that sleep deprived people eat more carbs, sugars and unhealthy foods.
