The Gluten Free Series

I'm getting back into my workout routine, which is more than just exercising, it's meditation, yoga, pilates, barre, and nature. It’s a lifestyle, a celebration of where I’ve been and the progress made along the day,  and I'm realizing how important a positive attitude is.

Everything we do in life should be about treating ourselves with understanding and kindness. Move your body and eat well, not because you hate your body or wish it looked different, but because you respect it and want to feel your best.
Find something you love doing and find a way to make it fun. That way it becomes way more sustainable and it's easier for it to become a part of your daily life.

We're all different and all respond to different things and that's ok! As we go into the Gluten Free Series, please  remember to be happy where you are and be kind to yourself rather than permanently criticizing yourself and comparing with others - I'm leaning to do that too; always easier said that some but definitely something worth working towards.
