The Green Mouth Smooth-ology

Here at The Green Mouth  we are smoothies lovers. Yes, smoothies they are incredibly delicious and healthy. We make them daily, we drink them daily, our clients love them. Smoothies are the perfect way for time crushing  individuals to pack in vital nutrients, antioxidants, protein and fiber into their diets.

We have put together some of the finest smoothies available here are the Green Mouth so you can make them yourself they are super easy

The Green Mouth Super Smoothie
A green smoothie is one of the most nutritious ways to start your day, you can pack so much vitality, energy and nourishment into one large glass. This is my most current recipe that I blend up three to four days a week for my family and I.

Ingredients:
2 cups of alkaline water.
1 1/2 cups of raw coconut Water.
1/2 cup of coconut Milk.
1 cup of the following frozen or fresh fruit: pineapple, strawberries.
blueberries, papaya, mango, kiwi.
1 cup of  frozen kale.
½ of avocado.
1 tablespoon chia seeds.
1 tablespoon flax seeds.
1 teaspoon maca powder.
Directions:
blend the ingredients in a blender, Smoothie secrets


The Green Mouth  post-workout smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup of berries.
Small bunch of mint.
1 cup of raw coconut water.
1 tbsp of baobab.
1 tbsp of ground Brazil nuts.
Directions:
I blend together all the ingredients and voila.


The Green Mouth Skin beautifier smoothie
Ingredients:
1 handful of spinach.
½ cucumber.
½ avocado.
1 cup of raspberries.  
1 teaspoon baobab powder.
1 tablespoon chia seeds.
1 cup coconut water.
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend until smooth.  

The Green Mouth detoxifier
Ingredients:
1 cucumber peeled.
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley.
2 generous handfuls frozen spinach.
1 small pineapple.
1/2 teaspoon chlorella.
1 lime juice.
Directions:
blend it all together and enjoy!
The Green Mouth Nourisher
Ingredients:
1 cup raw coconut water.
2 cup of fresh spinach.
1/2 handful kale.
1 green apple.
1/4 of a cucumber.
1 Celery Stick.
1/2 teaspoon of Coconut Oil.
Maca Green Powder.

Directions:
blend all of the ingredients together
