Plan for the snack attacks: Your goal is to never be hungry, the cravings kick in between 12:pm to 6:pm, always have a healthy snacks on hand.
Take a timeout daily: close your eyes and take 10 deep breaths, trust me it works, and it will help you reboot your focus and energy. And also make sure you clock in that 8 hours of sleep. if you can’t sleep you will not be able to lose weight.
Cook it yourself: We all love going out to eat, but if you are trying to stick to an eating plan it can be tricky, so try cooking your foods as often as you can, it gives you complete control of what goes into your body
