The buzzword in the health community these days Super-foods.

 Super-foods are great way to help clearing your complexion and gives you that boost of energy when you are feeling sluggish.
Say hello to our  shot of daily dose of super-foods

The Immune booster: Drink this first thing in the morning before Your breakfast. Add  1 tbsp of freshly grated ginger, to 1 cup of water, Squeeze ½ of lemon, a pinch of cayenne pepper. Blend all the ingredients together and drink quickly to rev up your metabolism and boost up your immune system.

The collagen booster: This shot is great to have alongside some nuts at breakfast, lunch or with an afternoon snack so that the beta-carotene can be absorbed properly in the digestive tract. Add ¼ tsp of spirulina with 1 apple chopped, 1 cup of chopped spinach, 1 cucumber chopped. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy smoother  and firmer skin with fewer wrinkles.
The hydrator: Prior to your workout soak 1 cup of raw coconut water with a tsp of chia seeds. This shot is great after a sweaty workout session.  

The energizer: Needs a little pick-me-up, add ½ tsp of maca, 1 cup of organic almond milk, 1 tsp of cinnamon, blend all ingredients and enjoy instead of coffee
