Always start your day with warm cup of lemon water to help your digestive system, then hop on your yoga mat, and do these poses designed to detox the body. These poses stimulate circulation, digestive and, lymphatic systems.
Start with

Seated Spinal Twist: Twisting poses are all about aiding in digestion, which encourages the elimination of wastes.
Locust: This pose strengthens the back of the body, but the pressure on your abdomen also encourages digestion.
