Monday Motivation

Find  your purpose of  an healthier lifestyle. Stay healthy and go back to the basics. It’s very simple; essentially you are what you eat.. cook more and  try to eliminate processed food as much as you can.

My philosophy  is very straightforward; I don’t follow any diet plans because they are so temporary. I  live a realistic life I’m a busy mom, wife  with 2 busy Kids so I eat real food, real healthy food, food that help kick start my metabolism, and boost my energy, food that improve my skin, help my health issues,  and kick off my sugar craving.


It all  starts in the Kitchen.
