I've been doing Zumba since it first came out and totally enjoy this type of exercise as a student or an instructor, For my Birthday my Daughter Roe got me  zumba sneakers so can do it the” right way according to her”.  Since Summer is right around the corner why not join the party.

Classes are one hour long and start with warming up, for the purpose of preventing muscle pulls and end with stretching out in order to decrease inflammation.
