WALKING

Most of us are lucky to go to the gym a handful of times per week and when we’re there we tend to press cruise control on a cardio workout. 30 minutes on the elliptical, quick ab routine, and then we are done. If you don’t have the time to get to the gym, try walking either in the morning of after dinner.

Walking is one of the most effective ways to stay in shape. On the days that I'm unable to make it to the gym , I walked my 5 miles around the mall in the morning,  my neighborhood, or the park when weather permits it.

Walking offers tons of benefits and it’s free of charge!
A 15 minutes stroll after dinner every day can help prevent heart disease and diabetes.
Walking helps clear up the mind and increases creativity.

So Lace up and Step out. ;)
