Water has the power to hydrate and renew both the body and soul it's virtually the answer to everything.  Water is the most indispensable element of life yet it's probably the one thing that many of us take for granted.

Many of us are dehydrated; not only do we not drink enough water throughout the day, but we mindlessly shower in it and get irritated with it when it falls from the sky.
