When we started the 19 days cleanse I wanted to conclude it in an incredible place. Costa Rica came to mind for its idyllic location. Costa Rica is situated between the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea, with nearly 300 stunning beaches. Each with a unique draw and distinct setting. Our first stop is the DOUBLETREE RESORT BY HILTON CENTRAL PACIFIC, with their Motto FEED THE BODY FEED THE SOUL, and I must say this place stand by this belief
