Living a Green life has personally transformed my life. I spent  years and years on a path of always aiming to be and never attain what's considered making it. Early in my career my self worth was rooted by ambition and competitiveness based  on making more money, buying more things, more accolades ,more friends.. no matter how much I accomplished I never found fulfillment.. or what the world would define as success and happiness .
Succeeding to the new ME means following my heart and live a passionate life
 One of the greatest things  that help me was practicing Meditation and Yoga. In doing so I’ve learned to live life on my own terms and to find myself and never let go. Finding a few minutes to relax , to clear up my mind and reconnect improve  my life daily and remind me of what truly important for my inner peace
So in doing this 19 Days Cleanse  you will DE clutter your life, your friends list, your closet, your diet,  your relationships, and get back to the roots of simplicity and ask yourself “What makes me Happy?” Life is filled with something higher than the desires to have more.
So get busy and live a life free from envy, anger and competition  Starting with
of some of the below
  • Exclude  the friends that keeps bringing negativity  & drama into your life.
  • Ditch men that refuse to commit or keep unhappy.
  • Dump the never ended list of things to do.
  • Tackle your closet and donate what's not needed.
  • Improve your diet by including more greens and less process.
  • Reduce commitments.
  • Get your financial house in order.
  • Eliminate what’s not important.
  • Let go of  the past.
  • Prioritize.
  • Learn to Meditate.

Let start the day with a  glass of Lemon water Just cut a couple slice and add it to a glass of hot or cold water

filling up on a well balance and easy to make breakfast  eggs white with spinach.
 
drink drink  lots of water to keep the body hydrated
 
Full of juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, slivers of purple onion all on a bed of mixed  greens, I didn’t think it could get any better
 
Always try to incorporate exercise in your daily life.. Today we are doing Yoga
  
Absolutely loved this for Dinner. Very tasty and a nice change to the usual rice or pasta.
 
Ginger tea will speed up the food digestion and improve the nutrient absorption. It will also reduce the bloating caused by fast food and overeating.
